Before our session I'll get you to fill in a detailed form so I can identify the areas in your business that need attention. I will then do some deep research and prep work on your niche and your business before our call, so we can dig straight into strategic work on our call.
In our session I'll show you how to remove the gaps that are keeping you from moving forward and put in place a solid and simplified strategy for you to reach your goals.
You'll get deep clarity on how to grow your business and we'll use that to revamp your offers, eliminate any blind spots keeping you stuck/sucking your time and learn what specific content you need to post to increase your sales.

- Messaging and positioning
Tighten your core message and “why you” so it is obvious to the right people that your offer is for them,
from your bio to your pinned posts.
- Content and visibility strategy
Review your current content, identify why it isn’t converting and design a simple content plan that
attracts the right people and moves them towards buying.
- Sales assets and sales process
Audit and improve what happens after someone clicks. That might be your sales page, check-out flow,
DM process or email sequence. We’ll identify where people drop off and fix it.
- Launch or promo plan
If you have a launch or promotion coming up, we’ll map it using my 6-Week Launch Method so you
know what to say, when, and in what format to lead people into your offer.
- Offer suite and income strategy
Review your current offers to spot gaps, overlaps and dead weight. We’ll refine your offer suite and pricing
so you can move towards more predictable, scalable income.
What happens inside your 2 week strategy intensive:
Part One: The Deep Dive Pre-Work & Audit
After you book, you’ll get a detailed strategy form. I use this to audit your current content, offers, funnel and sales process before we ever get on Zoom.
I’ll also research your niche and ideal clients so we can hit the ground running and not spend your session “catching me up”.
Part Two: Our 90 Minute Strategy Call
This is where we roll up our sleeves. We’ll look at your business as a system and zoom in on the one or two places that are genuinely blocking sales, such as:
- Your messaging and positioning on social media
- Your sales flow funnel strategy on Instagram
- A sales page or checkout that isn’t converting
- A launch plan that doesn’t match how your buyers actually decide
- An offer suite that’s hard to sell or scale
Together, we’ll decide your priorities, rework what’s not working, and map out a realistic 90-day action plan.
The call is recorded so you can rewatch any time.
Part Three: Post Session - Two Weeks Of Implementation & Support
This is where most strategy sessions end. Yours doesn’t. For two weeks after our call you get:
- 1:1 Slack support so you can ask questions as you implement
- 2 detailed project reviews (sales page, email sequence, content, lead magnet, launch outline etc.)
- A written strategy document recapping your plan and mapping out your exact next steps
You get 2 weeks of 1-1 support from me in SLACK to work through any questions that come up post session. This is not fluff. This is actual support - me, checking in with you, giving you feedback and helping you apply the strategy we've covered in real time.

Hi, I'm Karen, and I'm a marketing and business coach and an experienced copywriter.
Marketing for 20 years
I graduated with my marketing degree in 2005.
After college I spent 10 years managing an SME where I used my marketing and sales skills to scale the business to multiple 6 figures.
After 10 years with that company, I then entered a more digital arena and in 2015 began working with an online start up business, where I ran their marketing department. I launched Meta ad campaigns and ran their organic social media among other things and helped them to also reach multiple 6 figures.
Over the years I've worked with hundreds of businesses across all niches and industries and helped them market their businesses online and offline, sell their offers and position them as the leader in their field.
Since 2018 I have been coaching entrepreneurs, like you, to do the same.
Copywriter & Journalist
I've been a writer most of my life. I worked as The Features Editor in a national newspaper here in Ireland where I wrote weekly articles for the Sunday Newspaper.
My business started because of a blog I created about dog friendly places in Ireland.
That blog was my introduction to the online marketing world and it was the first account I grew to over 30k followers.
I started offering copywriting as a service back in 2016 and went full-time as a freelance copywriter and social media strategist in 2017 where I wrote content and managed the social media marketing for multiple small businesses.
