• Sound familiar?

REAL TALK: if your services, courses or products are ticking along but the sales feel random, the answer is almost never "do more."

Right now you're likely marketing your business across Instagram, email, your website, funnels, ads, and word of mouth. And bringing it all together to work as one system feels clunky.

What you actually need is to find the one thing that's in the way. Because your business works like a system, a set of connected roads. When there's a gap in it, you can have the content, the offers and the audience all in place and still struggle to get where you're going.

The problem is, it's noisy online with a lot of opinions.

😍 You've been told the fix is always more. More content, more showing up, more trends, more launches. But that kind of advice is exactly what's wearing you out.

😍 You want consistent sales, but every time you open your phone you're handed fifty things you "should" be doing. You don't need fifty things. You need to simplify your focus to the one that matters.

😍 You're genuinely too close to your own business to see the gap. That's not a flaw, it's just how it is. The same way therapists have their own therapists, solopreneurs need outside eyes too.

😍 And you know what? When you find the missing piece and close it, everything you've already built finally starts paying off.

  • So what's actually going on?

BUT right now, something's missing, and you can't quite put your finger on what it is...

    Is it your content?

😥 You might be spending half a Sunday writing what you're sure is your best post yet, hitting publish, and then watching it land with a couple of likes from people who'll never buy. Meanwhile the offer you KNOW is good is just sitting there, not selling.

    Is it your launch model?

😥 You might be stuck in a launch loop, getting nowhere near the results you hoped for, not sure if it's your content or your offer, so you end up trying to fix both.

    Is it your consistency?

😥 You might be pouring hours into your marketing every single week and not seeing it pay off, while you still wear every other hat in the business and keep all the plates spinning.

😥 Or you're ready to reach the next level you KNOW is there for you, but you've no idea where to start, because you're too close to it to see it.

    And all of this?

Has probably got you feeling stretched, a bit deflated, and quietly wondering how long you can keep going at this pace.

Or even worse, starting from zero again every single month, never quite building anything that holds.

But as someone who's been exactly where you are, I'm so glad to tell you it doesn't have to be this way. 💛

  • There's a better way (and I've lived it)

What if there was a way to find what's actually blocking your sales right now, PLUS walk away with a simple plan to fix it that fits your real life?

I'm Karen, and as a solopreneur myself, I've been there.

😵‍💫 The burnout, the spinning your wheels, the wearing of about nine hats at once and somehow making no progress forward.

😵‍💫 Throwing spaghetti at the wall and hoping.

I know exactly what that feels like, because I lived it.

    Here's what changed everything 👇

I'd spent ten years inside a company where my whole job was to step back and look at the entire business at once, the sales, the marketing, the suppliers, all of it, and figure out how the pieces fit together. 🧩 I learned to see a business like a jigsaw, and that skill let me focus my energy on the RIGHT parts to grow.

Then I went out on my own, doing the content and marketing for other small businesses. And I noticed something I hadn't planned for. I couldn't turn that puzzle-brain off. I'd get chatting with another solopreneur about their business and I'd naturally spot the gap they couldn't see, maybe an offer in the wrong place, or a message that wasn't quite landing.

And those women started taking me aside and asking me to do proper sessions with them, to find that gap and get them some clarity. I never went looking for the coaching. They came and asked, because they could feel I was doing something nobody else was doing.

And what I do has a name now. It's The Close The Gap Method.

I step back and look at your whole picture, the person, your ideal client, your offers and your funnel, all together.

Often there's one clear gap. Sometimes there are a couple. I find them all, and then, so you're never overwhelmed, we start with the one that will move the needle most and map the rest so you know the order to tackle them in.

I've been right where you are

I remember being in full burnout in my own business.

Doing all the things, wearing every hat, throwing spaghetti at the wall and somehow getting nowhere no matter how hard I worked.

So when I say I know what it feels like to be stuck and stretched too thin, I mean it. I've been right where you are.

I got so much out of taking courses and being inside memberships, and I still do. But there comes a time when you just need to sit down with an expert and have them look at exactly what you're doing, what you want to do, and find the gaps.

Where my eye for gaps came from

Before any of this was a business, I spent ten years inside a company where my whole job was to step back and see the entire thing at once, the sales, the marketing, the suppliers, and find where the pieces weren't connecting.

    That trained my eye.

When I went self-employed in 2017 doing content for other businesses, I kept getting into conversations with other solopreneurs about the bigger picture. They'd tell me they were fed up getting nowhere with social media, and I'd step back, see their bigger picture, and share what I saw. Before long they were asking me to coach them through how I saw things, because they liked how I could sit with them and pull out, from one conversation, who they were, who their ideal client was, and the one thing that wasn't working.

    Why I built this

Since then I've worked with over 100 businesses across every niche you can think of.

Holistic practitioners, life coaches, nutritionists, other marketers.

Every one of them used a session with me to find the gap that was holding them back and move past it.

I see so many brilliant, passionate women held back by nothing more than a few small gaps in their marketing, so I built something for exactly that.

    That's why this intensive exists

To find your gaps, close the one that matters most, and do it in a way that fits your real life.

I truly believe your business should work for your actual life, not consume it. You shouldn't have to become a different person, or do more of everything, to grow.

You just need the right eyes on the right gap.

I'd be honoured to be those eyes for you. 💛
