3 Apps To Improve Your Content On Instagram In 2020

· Social Media

It's the visual social media platform. You need to know how to stop the scroll if you want people to engage with your content on Instagram.

I've tried and tested a lot of apps to enhance images, stand out, and make my life easier on Instagram.

Social media was designed to be user friendly. But with so much choice out there of how to post, what to post and what apps to use, it can become really overwhelming.

I've used countless apps for photos, scheduling and stories over the last five years.

Here are my top 3, easy to use apps to organise your content and make it stand out.

The free photo editing app.

Editing your images is really important if you want to stand out on social media.

But if that sounds like a lot of work, this app is your new best friend.

Download it for free and even just by making a few small adjustments you can really make a noticeable difference to your photos.

Check out the example below. The left is before and the right is after.

Two minutes of editing, worth it, don't you think?

The scheduler, and your first assistant.

I've been using Later for a long time now. I schedule all my Instagram content using their scheduling tools.

It's really easy to use and the preview mode (above) is really helpful in designing the look and feel of your Instagram feed.

But it's not just a scheduling app.

On the paid version of you get analytics, hashtag help and you can basically keep everything you need for your Instagram posts (hashtags, captions and images) in one place.

I can't recommend it enough.

I tend to use the desktop view to create my posts and I use the app to upload media into the Later Library.

They have a free plan which is enough to get you started on it, and their paid plan is affordable, starting at $7.50 a month and you get a lot for that (automatic scheduling for Instagram Business accounts for one).

Your secret weapon for Instagram Stories.

Instagram Stories are arguably one of the most effective sales tools you have in your phone. So making your stories stand out should be a part of your social media strategy.

Mojo is a paid app, but in my opinion, well worth it.

It transforms your Instagram stories into mini pieces of art!

You can use different styles, still images, videos, and text. They are constantly adding new templates and styles to keep your stories fresh and really add a dose of professionalism to your Story presence.

It's currently only available on the App store and costs €39.99 a year.

Take a look at the video below to see how I took a few photos and used the Mojo app to turn it into my story.

Don't get overwhelmed by the choice of apps out there. You only need a few (these 3 are more than enough!).

Editing your photos is really important. Use Snapseed to make quick edits with significant results.

Manage your content and develop a strategy using Later Media. It's like having a virtual assistant for your Instagram content!

Stories are a really effective way to grow your online presence. Make your Stories stand out from the rest using Mojo, a highly sophisticated, professional and easy to use app.
